We are a new air conditioning company based in Egham, Surrey. We started Monair Cooling to make getting air conditioning simple: a fast reply, a fixed price, a tidy installation and someone to call long after the engineers have gone.
Why we started Monair Cooling
Summers in the UK are getting hotter, and more of us are working from home, losing sleep in heatwaves and looking into air conditioning for the first time. Getting it fitted should be straightforward. Too often it isn’t: messages go unanswered for days, quotes are vague or change on the day, and once the van has gone there is nobody to call.
Monair Cooling was set up in 2026 by Jyram, whose background is in client service, where a quick reply, a clear plan and attention to the small details are simply part of the job. He started Monair to bring that standard to air conditioning, for homes and businesses across Surrey, Berkshire and London.
That is how we work. We reply to every enquiry within an hour, seven days a week. We survey your rooms by video call or in person and give you a fixed price in writing before anything is booked. And we stay your point of contact for as long as you have the system.

Who does the work
Monair Cooling plans and manages every job. Surveys, installations, servicing and repairs are carried out by experienced F-gas certified engineers we work with, who fit Daikin and Mitsubishi Electric systems day in, day out.
Working with a small team of trusted engineers means we can often offer survey and installation dates sooner, even in the summer rush. We follow up after every job to make sure you are happy with it.
Where we work
We are based in Egham and cover homes and businesses within about an hour’s drive, across Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, north Hampshire and London. Larger projects further afield are welcome too. See the areas we cover.
